“Lived experience” turns into failure for KC Regional Homelessness Authority

A $1 million program to help 300 homeless people in King County has ended in a policy and financial failure. The Washington Lived Experience Coalition Program was running the now failed program with the approval of the King County Regional Homelessness Authority. KVI's John Carlson explains what happened with the 300 people who were supposed to be receiving help and the ballyhooed "wrap around services" but did not get that from the WLECP.
