KVI afternoon 3-6pm show host, Ari Hoffman, captured this video of a confrontation at the University of Washington campus in Seattle yesterday as pro-Palestinian and pro-Israeli groups collided on campus.
WAIT FOR THE END:
Antifa was waiting for people leaving the @charliekirk11 event for @TPUSA at @UW tonight
Antifadaniks carried "shields" made of garbage cans & weapons. They started multiple fights and would not allow anyone including students to traverse the part of the… pic.twitter.com/qm3BgIKiCo

Hoffman notes that only one UW Police officer was in the area when this scuffle broke out between isolated members of each group. The clash occurred as Charlie Kirk of Turning Point USA spoke on campus. Kirk is a conservative political speaker. Kirk’s event on the UW campus drew a sizeable crowd as Palestinian activists at the quad continued their occupied protest that started a little over two weeks ago.
KOMO 4 News reports that one of their TV cameras was spray painted by a black-clad activist on the scene as the photographer attempted to move closer to the combatants depicted above when the fight initiated. That video is embedded below.
DEVELOPING: we just witnessed a fight at this protest. Several people involved. Doesn’t appear that anyone is hurt pic.twitter.com/4pV4oUdmFG
