KVI’s John Carlson interviews ShiftWA.org’s Randy Pepple, who says Washington taxpayers are shelling out for an entourage of Gov. Inslee staffers and a St. Senator from Mukilteo, Marko Liias (pictured above), to fly to Finland to learn about traffic safety. Carlson and Pepple note the entire trip is steeped in hypocrisy as all of the WA delegation are vocal critics of carbon pollution but will forgo Zoom or Teams video meetings and instead fly internationally. Combine that with the fact that WA DUI laws are very mild in comparison with much more strict Scandanavian countries, like Finland.
