Cute, cute puppy. I can't believe the pious attitude of some on here. If you want a rescue dog, good for you. If you want a purebred, good for you too. At least those who are buying from a breeder have an investment in taking care of their animal

I have 4 Grt Pyr's. one of which is adopted. But Pyr's are very hard to find on the West Coast. The dog is adorable and has a good home, so get off this ladies back. Great dog...

I happen to have 3 rescued dogs that I totally love. Of COURSE I prefer dogs to come from shelters first. But, no matter where Dixie came from being loved and taken care of is what matters now. All dogs deserve that, and she really is adorable.

the breeder would have found some use for the puppy. He wasnt going to go to the pound just because you dint get him. But by buying a dog from a breeder you are definitely sentencing 2 dogs in shelters to death for sure.

So what is the proper thing to do? The dog was already born? Let it go to a shelter and then go adopt it? Would that make it proper? Kill the dog because it was born to a breeder? Did you rescue that high horse of yours from a shelter?

Nice to know you like paying big bugs for a dog from a breeder when there's thousands in the shelters that are 3 days away from being euthanized because they can't find a home.
