About noon Thursday I look out across the narrows and see a truck and train head on.

I don't understand.....was the BNSF Freight-moving and hit the Hi-Rail...or was the Hi-rail moving south and struck the BNSF Freighter..? Nice touch on the boat in the water.......amazing this happens.Hope the Hi-Rail was parked
