There is more than one convergence zone in Puget Sound. We live near Dayton, a little less than halfway between Shelton and Matlock in Mason County. When KOMO says the Hood Canal and Olympics will see 4 to 9 inches of snow, that means us. We were unable to go anywhere for two weeks during our December snows. It's quite beautiful this morning, especially since it's unlikely to stay around too long.
