It's being billed as the Trial Lawyers Vs. The Insurance Industry. Referendum 67, if passed by the voters, would make it unlawful for insurance companies to unreasonably deny a claim, and expose them to, in some cases, triple damages and lawyer costs. We were joined By Sue Evans from Approve 67 and Dana Childers from Reject 67 to hash it out.
