This morning, President Bush vetoed the State Child Health Insurance Program expansion. He felt it was too expensive. Seven States, including ours, are suing the Bush administration over restrictions on health care for Kids. Schram feels that this was the wrong issue for the President to prove "Fiscal Responsibility", John argued that this was not health coverage for poor children, but an entitlement for the middle class and deserved a veto.

11:00 - Noon Lethal Injection

The US Supreme Court is hearing the case of weather lethal injection, as a means of execution, is cruel and unusual punishment. John suggests we do like Utah, and use a firing Squad. Schram wants an end to the Death Penalty outright.
