Will Seattle taxpayers or the entire state pay for the city’s downtown tunnel cost over-runs?

 St. Senator (R-Ritzville) Mark Schoesler joins John Carlson because he says Seattle taxpayers should foot the bill for the looming cost over-runs from the downtown tunnel. However, a powerful Mercer Island lawmaker, St. Rep. Judy Clibborn, has indicated that taxpayers all across Washington should cover those cost over-runs. It sets up a major battle in the brand new legislative session underway in Olympia.
