Uber X says Seattle city council’s restriction on cars hurts consumers

 John Carlson interviews the general manager of Uber X Seattle for reaction after a city council committee votes to restrict each ridesharing (Uber X, Lyft and Sidecar) companies to 150 cars at any given time. The Seattle political battle pits taxi companies versus the customer friendly newcomers known as rideshare companies that don’t currently have to meet the regulations in place for taxi service.
