Retired US Army Lt. Col and military/foreign affairs analyst Ralph Peters vociferously opposes any US military strike against Syria despite the use of chemical weapons to attack Syrians in Damascus. Peters lays out the critical questions Pres. Obama, Congress and Americans need to answer before any such military attack.
