In a perfect example of Seattle politics, mayor Mike McGinn is forced to release the findings of the coal train and shipping terminal study he asked for late last year. It turns out that McGinn sat on the study, which outlines the economic benefits of the coal shipping, for 5 weeks until a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request forced him to make the information public.
