Seattle Councilman proposes $150,000 gun violence study

Seattle City Councilman Tim Burgess joined John Carlson to explain the pros of a gun violence study. The council wants to spend more than $150,000 on researching the relationship between alcohol, drug abuse, mental illness and gun violence.
