Public “upskirt” photography court ruling has people seething

John Carlson and The Commute Crew discuss the astonishing legal ruling in Massachusetts that legalizes ‘upskirt’ photography in public places. Now Massachusetts lawmakers will have to do the same thing there to protect women in public.
