ABC News political analyst, George Will, notes the major milestones of the IRS scandal and the looming excuse within the Obama Administration that it's not an intentional violation of conservative groups, it's merely incompetence among some at the IRS. John Carlson says the Obama White House narrative won't hold up because three more Cincinnati IRS employees have been identified in the scandal, bringing the total in the Cincinnati office to five.
