Congressman proposes a “max tax” bill to limit government’s take to 50%

Florida Congressman, David Jolly, joins John Carlson to discuss his tax reform plan that would limit federal, state and local tax bills to 50% of a person’s income. Jolly’s inventive plan is a result of his recent victory in a special Congressional election where he defeated a high profile Democratic candidate for an open seat after the previous US Representative, Bill Young, passed away.
