Bainbridge Island teen climbs tall timber to protest strip mall

KVI’s Lars Larson delves into the story of a 19-year-old Bainbridge, WA woman perched on a hanging platform from a tree where a proposed shopping/strip mall is set to be built on the island. In what appears to be a repeat of 1990s enviro-protests in northern California, Larson and listeners discuss the righteousness of the young woman’s fight.
