Angry families mobilize against Gov. Jay Inslee over death penalty moratorium
Murder family victims speak out against Gov. Inslee's decision to put a moratorium on the state's death penalty cases.

John Carlson interviews the mother of a rape and murder victim who’s killer has just had his life spared by Gov. Jay Inslee’s recent moratorium decision. Carlson speaks to Sherry Shaver whose daughter Talisha was raped and killed by Dewayne Woods. Woods was also convicted of raping and attempting to kill Talisha’s sister Venus, but she miraculously survived. Shaver is very upset with Inslee’s decision to spare Washington’s nine death row inmates.
