Information for Winners of KVI Contests

If you purchased something from us:
EVENT ADMISSIONS are added to a Will-Call list which is checked at the Event gate. Generally there is no US-Mail transaction involved.
OTHER MERCHANDISE is generally shipped via US-Mail.

If you won a prize from one of our contests:
1. You will be contacted (phone or email) by our Promotions department.

2. If you have an active W-9 on file with Fisher Radio/Seattle, you will not be asked to return another one. Otherwise, you will receive a W-9 which gives us a Tax Identification Number (generally a Social Security Number) in the event the annual total of prizes you win require notiication to the Internal Revenue Service for possible income tax eligibility.

3. When we receive the paperwork, your prizes will either be sent (U.S. Mail) or your information will be added to the "Will-Call" list at an event.

Turn LEFT onto Fairview Ave.; go five blocks
Turn RIGHT onto Denny Way; head west for ten blocks
Turn RIGHT onto 5th Avenue North; go one block, and
Turn LEFT onto John St. Fisher Plaza is between Denny Way and John Street, between 4th and 5th Ave. North -- across the street from the Space Needle!
