Travis Box has the unimaginable task of trying to keep our FCC license, trying to keep the talk hosts happy, and often, trying to keep producers from quitting. Face it: Would YOU want to have people like Kirby, John, Ken, or Bryan in the cubicle next to you??

He was born in Portland. That is good. His lunch often comes from the Fisher candy machine. That is bad. He won a contest to be on the radio. That was good. That led to a full-time, permanent career. That was bad. He moved to Seattle with his wife in 2002. That was good. He was John Carlson's producer for about three years. That was, well, you know....

Travis and Kirby producer Matt Haver can do a mean impersonation of "the Rat Pack" and did so to host a Fisher Communications talent show in 2005. He's a NASCAR fan, and claims he loves animals (we hope it's just plutonic) because he and his wife proudly claim a dog and cat as certified members of their family. We're just glad Travis is part of OUR family.
